Location is fantastic - seriously, if you want downtown beirut it doesnt get any better than this. the staff were super friendly and super helpful. we didnt try the food, went out for every mean, sooo many options in the area. look and feel of the room was great, we took a preferred room for just a little more and understand that was for a room on a higher floor - worth it for sure. internet was super available and easy. privacy respected. comfy bed and v nice bathroom. NO COMPLAINTS

Couldn't figure out the tv setup?! Not a big deal.

The location was perfect walking distance to downtown beirut, gemmayze street and ashrafieh. Interior design is very sleek and modern.

Was overcharged for local phonecalls made from hotel room. 12$ for ≤5min local call.

    Very good

Nice rooms although I was promised a room with a balcony. Not all suites have balconies. Still nice comfortable room.

Two burgers and a pizza cost me around $100 and it was a disaster. They need to do something really fast about their room service.

I have a house in Beirut, (so I’m pretty familiar with its good hotels- and which ones to avoid!) But I currently work and live in Dubai and was flying to Beirut for a 3 day break. I thought I’ll pamper myself a little and stay at a hotel instead. The hotel had to be: -Centrally located, so I could walk to the downtown coffee shops and meet with my friends for breakfast/ coffee, then walk around to enjoy window/ actual shopping. - Be equally distant from east and west Beirut if I decided to drive to either part of the city for sight-seeing, shopping or dining. -It had to offer 5-star cleanliness, comfort, safety and service without costing me the overpriced amounts that other Hotels undeservingly charge (makes me laugh when I see these figures for the service/ cleanliness these hotels offer) Saifi Suites was all that -Ideal for solos, young & mature couples, and groups.

2 things: -I had booked for a ‘Superior twin or double room’, and I thought it was a smart and friendly gesture when the receptionist mentioned she would offer me a complementary upgrade (I say smart because it was off-peak and I felt she could afford to offer the upgrade and win a customer, which I must admit also signaled professionalism). What disappointed me wasn’t the fact the room was not an upgrade, but it was in fact the room that I had actually paid for, nor the fact that it made me question ‘is this receptionist actually undermining my intelligence thinking I wouldn’t notice?’, but it was the reaction of the second receptionist when I casually mentioned at checkout (with a smile) that I didn’t think the room I got was an upgrade, she looked at the computer and said ‘yes’. When I asked her with a confused look ‘Yes it was an upgrade or yes you don’t think it was an upgrade?’ She looked at me indifferently and said ‘Yes it wasn’t an upgrade’ then looked back at her computer…that’s it, no ‘Oh I’m sorry, could’ve been an oversight by my colleague’ which I would have happily taken for an answer. So make sure they don’t make you feel they’ve done you a favor you’ve already paid for. -Breakfast Buffet was alright but certainly didn’t spoil for choice.
